Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 September 2026
These terms apply to all services provided by Dan Audu, trading as DannieSoft. By booking a call, placing an order or signing a proposal, you agree to them.
1. Scope of work
Every project is defined in a written proposal or order confirmation covering deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.
2. Pricing and payment
Prices shown on the website are starting prices in Nigerian Naira. Prices in other currencies are estimates based on current exchange rates. Unless agreed otherwise, a 50% deposit is due before work starts and the balance on completion, before launch. Clients who pay in full upfront receive a 5% discount. Payments can be made by bank transfer, Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe, PayPal or Fiverr.
3. Timelines and client responsibilities
Timelines depend on receiving content, feedback and approvals on time. Delays in client input may move delivery dates. Each project includes two rounds of revisions per milestone unless stated otherwise.
4. Ownership
Once full payment is received, you own the final designs, content and custom code created for your project. Third party tools, plugins, fonts and licensed assets remain under their own licences. I may show completed work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to in writing.
5. Support and warranty
Each package includes a free support period, stated in the package, to fix bugs in delivered work. Ongoing maintenance, hosting and new features are available on a care plan.
6. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel at any time. Work completed up to the cancellation date is billable, and deposits cover planning and work already done. Any unused balance is refunded within 14 days.
7. Liability
My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service concerned. I am not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by third party services, hosting outages or misuse.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Questions? Email [email protected].
